[de] Aggressionen und (Cyber-)Mobbing sind keine neuen Phänomene an Schulen. Ihr Auftreten weist jedoch weitreichende Folgen für das Wohlbefinden und die Leistungsfähigkeit von Schüler*innen sowie die Funktionsfähigkeit von Schulen auf. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden nach einer Begriffsklärung Erkenntnisse zur Verbreitung von Aggressionen und (Cyber-)Mobbing sowie deren Erfassung aufgezeigt. Zudem werden neben Erklärungsmodellen, individuellen und schulbezogenen Folgen auch die Möglichkeiten effektiver Prävention sowie Intervention bei Aggressionen und (Cyber-)Mobbing aufgegriffen. Hierbei wird insbesondere darauf verwiesen, dass eine Vielzahl an evaluierten Präventions- und Interventionsprogrammen vorliegt, die am wirksamsten im Rahmen eines Mehrebenenansatzes umgesetzt werden sollten. Insbesondere die bedeutsame Rolle von Lehrkräften bei der Umsetzung von Interventionen wird hervorgehoben. [en] Aggression and (cyber)bullying are not new phenomena in schools. However, their occurrence has far-reaching consequences for the well-being and performance of students as well as the functioning of schools. In this article, after clarifying the terms, findings on the prevalence of aggression and (cyber)bullying and how they are recorded are presented. In addition to explanatory models and individual and school-related consequences, the article also discusses effective prevention and intervention options for aggression and (cyber)bullying. In particular, it points out that there are a number of evaluated prevention and intervention programs that are most effective when implemented as part of a multi-level approach. In particular, the important role of teachers in implementing interventions is emphasized.
