[en] Living in one country and working in another is a daily reality for thousands of people in Europe. The contributions in this book analyze the many facets of cross-border worker flows, identifying similarities and differences from one area to another. The socioeconomic, socio-cultural, territorial and legal realities and challenges of cross-border work in selected cross-border regions are discussed in detail. The many findings in this book shed light on little-known aspects of cross-border work in Europe. The aim is to encourage new research on this topic, while promoting dialogue between science and policy in order to develop cross-border solutions for territorial resilience in the context of polycrisis in Europe.
