Abstract :
[en] The thesis deals with the dual identity of private and sovereign actors of some financial players, such as state-capitalist Sovereign Wealth Funds and State-owned enterprises. This work addresses the many difficulties in grasping their "true nature" in the context of international investment law, investment arbitration and award enforcement proceedings.
