Abstract :
[fr] La Grande Région se caractérise par l’indépendance singulière de son marché de l’emploi entre ses différents secteurs. La migration pendulaire transfrontalière par-delà les frontières nationales a été facilité de manière tangible par le processus d’unification de l’Europe, à la suite duquel le statut des frontaliers a été défini du point de vue des droits sociaux et fiscaux. Cette définition ne fait pas de distinction entre les frontaliers qui migrent de leur « Région d’origine » vers le pays voisin et ceux qui viennent du pays voisin dans la « région d’origine » pour rejoindre leur site de travail. Le phénomène frontalier atypique, dernier cité, est de plus en plus important dans la Grande Région. C’est donc dans le contexte de la mobilité résidentielle et de la mobilité atypique des employés transfrontalières que les motivations de ces derniers ainsi que les questions relatives à l’organisation spatiale des pratiques quotidiennes sont analysées dans le cadre du changement de domicile. Les aspects de la vie en société sur le lieu de résidence seront également étudiés et l’évaluation subjective des migrations résidentielles détaillées. L’évaluation de chacun de ces éléments s’appuie sur l’étude comparative des migrations pendulaires atypiques au niveau de la frontière entre le Luxembourg et la Lorraine/la Sarre. [en] The Greater Region is characterised by the singular independence of its labour market between its different sectors. Cross-border commuting across national borders has been facilitated in a tangible way by the process of European unification, as a result of which the status of cross-border commuters has been defined from the point of view of social and fiscal rights. This definition does not distinguish between border workers who migrate from their "home region" to the neighbouring country and those who come from the neighbouring country to the "home region" to join their place of work. The last-mentioned atypical border phenomenon is becoming increasingly important in the Greater Region. It is therefore in the context of residential mobility and atypical mobility of cross-border employees that the motivations of the latter as well as questions relating to the spatial organisation of daily practices are analysed in the context of the change of domicile. Aspects of social life at the place of residence will also be investigated and the subjective evaluation of residential migration will be detailed. The evaluation of each of these elements is based on the comparative study of atypical commuting at the border between Luxembourg and Lorraine/Saarland. [de] Die Großregion zeichnet sich durch eine einzigartige Unabhängigkeit ihres Arbeitsmarktes zwischen den einzelnen Sektoren aus. Das grenzüberschreitende Pendeln über nationale Grenzen hinweg wurde durch den europäischen Einigungsprozess spürbar erleichtert, in dessen Folge der Status von Grenzgängern in Bezug auf soziale und steuerliche Rechte definiert wurde. Diese Definition unterscheidet nicht zwischen Grenzgängern, die aus ihrer "Heimatregion" in das Nachbarland wandern, und solchen, die aus dem Nachbarland in die "Heimatregion" zu ihrem Arbeitsort kommen. Das zuletzt genannte Phänomen des atypischen Grenzgängers gewinnt in der Großregion zunehmend an Bedeutung. Vor dem Hintergrund der Wohnortmobilität und der atypischen Mobilität von grenzüberschreitend Beschäftigten werden daher deren Motivationen sowie Fragen der räumlichen Organisation von Alltagspraktiken im Zusammenhang mit dem Wohnortwechsel analysiert. Auch die Aspekte des gesellschaftlichen Lebens am Wohnort werden untersucht und die subjektive Bewertung der Wohnortverlagerung detailliert dargestellt. Die Bewertung jedes dieser Elemente stützt sich auf die vergleichende Untersuchung des atypischen Pendelns an der Grenze zwischen Luxemburg und Lothringen/Saarland.
