[fr] Cet article présente les structures internationales, interrégionales et frontalières de la coopération dans la Grande Région SaarLorLux qui sont apparues au cours des dernières décennies. L'étude commence à partir de la fin des années 1960, puis se focalise sur les années 1990, au cours desquelles la coopération transfrontalière au sein de l'UE a connu un développement important pour se terminer dans les années 2000 qui ont vu une consolidation sensible de la coopération transfrontalière. Tous les développe-ments sont soumis aux conditions cadres correspondantes, fixées notamment par Bruxelles, et diffé-renciés selon les acteurs. [en] This article presents the international, interregional and border structures of cooperation in the Greater Region SaarLorLux that have emerged in recent decades. The study starts from the end of the 1960s, focuses on the 1990s, when cross-border cooperation within the EU developed significantly, and ends in the 2000s, when cross-border cooperation was significantly consolidated. All developments are subject to the corresponding framework conditions, set by Brussels in particular, and differ according to the actors. [en] In diesem Artikel werden die internationalen, interregionalen und grenznahen Strukturen der Zusammenarbeit in der Großregion SaarLorLux vorgestellt, die in den letzten Jahrzehnten entstanden sind. Die Untersuchung beginnt mit den späten 1960er Jahren, konzentriert sich dann auf die 1990er Jahre, in denen sich die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der EU stark entwickelte, und endet in den 2000er Jahren, in denen eine deutliche Konsolidierung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit zu verzeichnen ist. Alle Entwicklungen unterliegen den entsprechenden Rahmenbedingungen, die u.a. von Brüssel vorgegeben werden, und sind je nach Akteur unterschiedlich ausgeprägt.
