Abstract :
[en] This conference reflects on the development of a nursing team, the implementation of 7 new programmes at the University of Luxembourg through the lens of the holding concept created by Donald Winnicott. Through concrete examples we show how psychological saftey, sense of belonging and emotional labour was accompanied and promoted among academic staff and students.
