Abstract :
[en] The Targeted Model of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support System 3.0 is a conceptual document that outlines the strategic priorities and guidelines for the development of the mental health system in Ukraine. Targeted Model 3.0 focuses on the development of local services and partnerships in communities, as well as on the systematic integration of prevention and the formation of a culture of caring about mental health and psychological well-being. It provides for strengthening human
resources, introducing mechanisms to support specialists, developing interagency coordination, and creating a continuous continuum of services —
from prevention and early intervention to rehabilitation and resocialisation. Particular emphasis is placed on protecting human rights and involving families, carers and people with personal experience of mental disorders in shaping policies and practices.
