[en] From a Luxembourg perspective, the chapter analyses the national vision for the enlargement of the European Union (EU) in the context of Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine. It attempts to elaborate the national view on the timing, conditions, and reforms necessary to welcome Eastern neighbors and the Western Balkans countries. The chapter is part of a collective endeavor to present the views from more than 40 capitals on enlargement.
