Abstract :
[en] This paper presents NLAC, a framework for creating, managing, and maintaining trusted Unique Node Lists (UNLs) for the XRP Ledger. NLAC consists of three modules that automate the generation of UNLs, including membership management, classification, and grouping. The framework uses layered Token-Curated Registries (TCRs) and an optimization algorithm to ensure the dispersion of authority within the UNL space. NLAC improves the safety and liveness of the XRP Ledger by achieving maximum trust in the UNL space.
