Human rights and the environment

Presentation held in the framework of the seminar series on human rights. The presentation exposes the different environmental rights conceptions, milestones of ecological rights, the multilayered rights framework, and the connection between human rights and environmental protection. It is differentiated between protecting the environment through traditional HR and distinctive ecological human rights and between substantive and procedural rights.
