[en] The course presentation contains the concept of the bilateral seminar for the students of the University of Luxembourg and the University of Tambov which was conducted 2018-2019 in Luxemburg and Tambov on site and 2020 online. The historical connection between two cities through the prisoners of war and the civil forced labourers from 1942 until 1944 and their exchange in 1945 created a base for the deeper research in this intersection and the search for the other ones.
