Abstract :
[en] Based on both printed and archival sources, chapter examines the foreign policy of Luxembourg in the field of international adjudication, from the 1860s, when Luxembourg had its first experience with international arbitration, until the interwar period, when Luxembourg sought to preserve its independence by systematically signing arbitration treaties with Western states.
