Davon ausgehend weist er durch einen Blick auf gegenwärtige Tendenzen in den kulturtheoretischen Wissenschaften deren de-, re- bzw. konstruierender Einfluss auf die Bindung des Subjekts an das Recht bzw. die Bindung des Rechts an ein Fundament nach, das dieses legitimiert.
