[en] Celebrating 20 years of existence of the court, the volume evaluates the past and future of the constitutional court of Luxembourg. The first part is dedicated to the achievements of 20 years os case law. The second part focuses on the question whether the constitutional court should be replaced by a supreme court as it was suggested by a government proposal.
