Abstract :
[en] The EEA Agreement gives rise to a specific status of third State. The interpretation of the principle of homogeneity by the EFTA Court, the dialogue between the EFTA Court and the ECJ, the evolution of the EFTA Court case law, raise the question of the existence of an EEA legal order.
