[en] This article analyses the structure of "experience" in Ernst Jünger’s essay "Battle as an inner experience". Based on his war experiences, Jünger posits the necessity of an aesthetics of the unbearable. This aesthetics is systematically connected with the philosophical tradition of the sublime developed in antiquity (by e.g. Pseudo-Longinus) and modernity (by e.g. Burke and Kant). At the same time Jünger’s aestethics of experience generates an apparent homophile cult of masculinity. [fr] Cet article examine la structure de l’«expérience» dans l’essai d’Ernst Jünger «La guerre comme
expérience intérieure». À partir de ses expériences de guerre, Jünger invoque la nécessité d’une esthétique de l’intolérable. Cette esthétique est systématiquement mise en rapport avec la tradition philosophique du sublime, développée au cours de l’antiquité (notamment par Pseudo-Longinus) et de la modernité (par Burke et Kant). En même temps, l’esthétique de l’expérience de Jünger s’accompagne d’un culte en apparence homophile de la masculinité.
