Abstract :
[en] This Short explores how LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) can be used to engage with complex migration issues. Drawing on our experience facilitating an LSP workshop on migration preparedness, we illustrate how the approach enabled participants to visualize ideas and challenges, engage in constructive dialogue and reflection, and co-create a shared preparedness model among participants from diverse professional backgrounds.
