Abstract :
[en] This study examines the feasibility of establishing a permanent deliberative body in Luxembourg. It provides an overview of existing practices in Luxembourg, highlighting in particular the recommendations from scientific evaluations of pilot projects carried out in 2021 and 2022, namely the Biergerkommitee Lëtzebuerg 2050 (BK2050) and the Klima-Biergerrot (KBR).
