Abstract :
[en] Anticipating future migration flows has become an indispensable part of efforts to proactively prepare for upcoming opportunities and challenges, thereby fueling policymakers' growing interest in making migration more predictable. At the same time, migration is a highly complex demographic process that is virtually impossible to predict with precision. This report looks at how the European Migration Network (EMN) facilitates evidence-based engagement in migration forecasting.
