This publication is part of SELA’s efforts to explore the ethical, geopolitical, and strategic implications of Artificial Intelligence in today’s global landscape. It aims to provide diplomats, academics, senior officials, and policymakers with both conceptual frameworks and practical tools to better understand and anticipate the impacts of the digital revolution, with particular attention to disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. Its content is drawn from two international courses organized by SELA in collaboration with the European Institute of International Studies in May 2025: “Global Technological Governance: Big Tech Companies and Artificial Intelligence” and “Ethical Governance of Artificial Intelligence”.
