Résumé :
[en] The usefulness of corporate due diligence to prevent human trafficking is increasingly advocated. This article examines the applicability and implementation of these norms for this purpose, including non-binding international standards of the United Nations, OECD and ILO, and binding national norms from California, the United Kingdom, Spain and France, as well as the EU framework. The adequacy of these norms to prevent trafficking is questioned through the study of their material scope, the companies bound by the texts, the content of their obligations and the sanctions.
