The book aims to further develop capacity and knowledge amongst diplomats, high-level officials, civil society representatives, and academics in areas related to diplomacy, technology, cyberspace governance, and topics related to Artificial Intelligence within the framework of the SELA 2022-2026 Work Program. It is the outcome of two courses delivered in collaboration with the European Institute of International Studies in July 2024. The courses focused on the intersection of EU-LAC Digital Alliance and Global Gateway, as well as the impact of Artificial Intelligence on diplomacy.
