[en] Considering the importance of public participation in constitutional reform processes and the growing use of digital tools to carry out the consultations, the objective of the chapter is to provide a first typology of the online hybridization of the consultation processes and to discuss to what extent the online parts of the processes affect the inclusiveness and the outputs of the reforms .
