Abstract :
[en] The focus of this dissertation is the study of two forms of violence against women particularly spread in Asia : on the one hand, child marriage, considered as forced marriage, on the other hand sexual exploitation as part of human trafficking. This study provides an analysis of their causes and consequences in order to extract a global perspective of those social realities. It also delivers a comparison between the criminal and civil laws at international, national and regional levels. It gives a summary of the legislation in effect regulating child marriage notably minimum age, penalization of marital rape and the adoption of law against domestic violence, weddings register, and applicable sanctions; and regulating sexual exploitation notably the general and special criminal laws penalizing sexual exploitation and condemning prostitution and means to
protect victims. Finally, several elements through which the current situation may be improved are presented, considering what limits they can meet.
