[en] The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) organised a conference on the future developments in the field of taxation of investment funds on 25 October 2022 at the premises of EY in Luxembourg. Experts from practice, regulatory and tax authorities as well as academia addressed in four panels (i) withholding taxation of transactions relevant in the sphere of investment funds, (ii) OECD BEPS Pillars One and Two and their implications for investment funds, (iii) tax reporting for investment funds and (iv) taxation of capital and net wealth taxes.
