[en] The judgment under review rules for the first time in France on the international jurisdiction to hear a liability action brought against an arbitrator. The decision is very interesting in that it raises the questions of the scope of the exclusion of arbitration from the Brussels Ibis Regulation and of the qualification of the action under European judicial law.
