First, let us touch on a few examples that explain why the subtitle of the book mentions the atomisation of the diaspora, i.e. fragmentation of the Russian community. The second part of the report is devoted to reading several excerpts from the letters of Russians from Luxembourg, in order to give an opportunity not only to look at their photographs, but also to hear their voices.
