Familienleitbilder im Erziehungsrecht. Der Wandel familialer Leitbilder im privaten und öffentlichen Recht seit 1900

The study offers an overview on the historical development of legal domains related to education and social work. It draws the historical background to the analysis of actual family policies. In German Civil law, Youth laws and the Constitutions from the beginning of the 20th century, the shift in paradigms as well as the contradictions and the intertwinement between the named domains are made visible. For the study, legal texts are analysed in relation to discourses in legislative processes.
