[en] The paper discusses the connection between the purposiveness and historicity of reason in Kant. For there is an 'ideal' historical dimension to reason since independently of the historical development of mankind from civilisation to socialisation, culturalisation and moralisation we cannot make sense of the development of how the human cognitive faculties evolve.
