Abstract :
[en] The authors discuss a project "Better control in Pediatric and Adolescent diabeteS: Working to crEate CEnTers of Reference" (SWEET) led by the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD). The project includes pediatric centres from countries such as Czech, Germany and Greece. They also discuss the European DIAMAP project which addresses clinical research issues for people with diabetes. They believe these initiatives will enable evaluation of invaluable data sets.
