Abstract :
[en] The article presents a chapter of the guidelines on pediatric diabetes in the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD) Clinical Practice Consensus Guidelines 2014 Compedium. It explores the recommendations for screening and monitoring of glycemic control in diabetic children and adolescents. It compares the grading system used in the ISPAD guidelines with that of the American Diabetes Association.
