[en] Local autonomy index project 2015 (march 2015 – June 2015) is EU Commission funded project coordinated by the Graduate Institute of Public Administration at the University of Lausanne; The goal of the project is to create a Local Authority Index (LAI) which can be used to report and analyse changes in the amount of decentralisation in some 38 countries. Evaluation includes in depth research on relevant legislation, analyzing tendencies and conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders, communication and close team work with fellow collaborators and coordinators.
